We have a diversified range of products, from Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Industrial & Medical uses and corporate wear for any size of company and should a client need something out of the ordinary, we have a network of suppliers to source most items. The company has traded for 19 years on September 2020 and have acquired a strong & loyal customer base. As important we have good relationships and an excellent payment history with our suppliers. The large majority of our suppliers deliver and for the few who don’t, we collect or use a freight service, if they are based out of Durban.
As a small business without a marketing spend, KTF makes use of its’ website, sales representative follow-up and cold calling and most importantly, word of mouth, based on our service excellence and quick turnarounds. We have a customer data base that is the main focus of KTF and enjoy a good amount of walk in trade. For local customers, we have our own delivery vehicle and for further afield customers, we use freight transport.
KTF members own the property, which is located in a prime Glenwood area, known for its’ busy Davenport Centre and restaurants. It is a corner property with business right and has a dual access, sufficient parking inside. We have top of range security, CCTV’s and the area has active community policing. The location is ideal as it is close to major highways, arterial routes, the port and logistic companies. This can be concidered as part of the purchace or a rental agreement can be concluded.
As a PPE supplier, the company is always supplying viral and bacterial protective equipment and continued to do so during the Covid19 lockdown.
